These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Doxa Music Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("Doxa", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the Doxa website, applications and services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm you are able to enter into a binding contract and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law.
Doxa is a dedicated platform for Christian worship music. It lets fans stream worship tracks and buy tracks to keep in their Doxa library, and lets invited artists publish their work. The catalogue, features and availability of the Service may change over time.
Streaming requires an active membership. Some tracks may also be available to buy as a one-off purchase. We do our best to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
When you buy a track, it is saved in your Doxa library, where you can play it in full while signed in. It is not delivered as a file to your device. Tracks bought before 8 October 2026 also keep the download that came with them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen to a track you have bought for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, sub-licence or publicly perform purchased content. Ownership of the music stays with the artist and their rights holders.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Artist accounts are currently invite-only. Artists publish content under a separate Artist Agreement, which sits alongside these Terms. In summary, and subject to that agreement:
All content on Doxa belongs to its artists and rights holders. The Doxa name, logo, design and software belong to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you beyond the limited licences described above.
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Doxa infringes your rights, contact us (see "Contact" below) with enough detail to identify the work and your rights in it. We operate a notice-and-takedown process and will remove or disable infringing material where appropriate.
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Service, and we may set reasonable limits on use. We will try to give notice of material changes that affect you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses (the Service is for personal use). We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill but do not warrant that it will always be available or uninterrupted.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we stop providing the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and liability) continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be notified to you where reasonably practicable. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
